Domnica is known for bringing inspirational leadership, disciplined strategy and vision to R&D teams, and for being highly supportive of corporate and marketing initiatives. She developed numerous award-winning products in skin care, sun care and color cosmetics, many of them receiving US and foreign patents.

Her knowledge of the global regulatory landscape and their impact on formulations enabled successful commercialization and product launches in international markets.
